Does sound healing really work?

Everyone responds to healing differently, but there is scientific evidence documenting the benefits of sound healing like in this study confirming how singing bowls activate brain waves that “facilitates meditation, relaxation and psychological stability.” While the effects of sound healing varies from person to person, given the proven benefits of reducing stress, the uniquely deep meditative state that a session can provide has something to offer to everyone regardless of experience level.

Is sound healing for me?

What happens at a sound healing session?

The experience begins with each person lying down in a comfortable position. Blankets will be provided to ensure everyone is comfortable and able to focus. After a guided meditation with breathwork, sounds and frequencies are introduced and layered with instruments crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other percussive instruments tuned to healing frequencies and vibrations.

What do I do at the sound healing session?

To get the most out of the experience, we suggest you relax in a comfortable position. Then simply listen to the sounds and stay present in the moment.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes for the occasion and venue are recommended. It is important that your clothes and environment are a source of distraction, so you can stay focused on the experience.
